Diversity, Equity and Inclusion


Our vision is to be an agency group where difference is valued and everyone is able to thrive in a culture of equality, inclusion and belonging.

We are committed to providing a truly inclusive environment that reflects Real Britain and the cities where we are based, where everyone is able to bring their true selves to work, in a respectful, supportive environment where diverse voices and minority communities are valued, heard and well represented. Fuse is represented on each of the 8 OMG D&I Advisory Committees where all Omnicom agencies come together to launch various initiatives to support wellbeing and inclusion; from training our Mental Health First Aiders to arranging insightful guest speakers and updating company policies to be more inclusive.

At Fuse, D&I is a big part of who we are. We are really proud that 50% of our Board are female and 20% of Fusers are working parents. To help continually drive inclusivity across the agency, we have 6 D&I Committees: Fuse Open, Multicultural, Gender Equality, Working Parents & Carers, Wellbeing, and Culture. These committees are open to all Fusers to get involved with and show their passion for the cause the committee stands for. We have many successful ongoing initiatives celebrating diversity; from panel discussions on gender equality, to a day away from work for Fusers to engage in cultural learning and activities to educate our people on diversity, also an Easter egg hunt for our working parents and their mini-Fusers – there is something for everyone to get involved with!
