Preparing London Fashion Week for a historical digital transformation to mitigate the pandemic and modernise its proposition.
Challenge
Support the British Fashion Council develop a digitally focused proposition by quantifying the value of assets for new and prospective partners.
Solution
Using our proprietary asset valuation methodology, we refreshed the valuation of digital LFW rights as well as all other premium event, marketing and media rights. This full-scale audit demonstrated our ability to evaluate a diverse and wide-ranging set of rights, creating unique CPM rates and an amendable working sheet for the client.
Outcome
BFC use the valuation to validate and support partner investments, contributing to three new partners being onboarded in 2021.
