Since 2015, FUSE have we’ve brought together PepsiCo’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) sponsorship activity across 100+ global markets, culminating in the UCL Finals

Challenge

Increase sponsorship awareness, brand equity and grow short term sales for Pepsi, Lays & Gatorade.

Solution

Helped PepsiCo embed the UCL partnership globally which is now activated by 100+ markets. Developed a 360 activation programme, spanning retail, content, experiential and corporate guest entertainment. Managed all contractual tickets and hospitality inventory across 100+ markets for six seasons. Delivered six UCL Final programmes including end to end guest programme management and fan engagement activation the Champions Festival activation.

Outcome

Delivered over 1bn UCL related on-pack promotions, managed by our bespoke global asset management system. Unlocked 350,000+ POS displays across global retail stores. Welcomed over 1,100 guests to each UCL Final in a fully hosted programmes.
