Klarna partnered with the Chicago Bulls for exclusive in-stadium experiences, co-branded merchandise, and a second custom sneaker drop designed by streetwear artist Don C. This limited-edition release celebrates the city of Chicago and Bulls fans, building on the success of the previous year's collaboration with Benny the Bull.

To maximise brand awareness, YoY user growth and consistent purchasing behaviour by demonstrating Klarna’s commitment to sports fandom and reaffirm focus to innovate the shopping experience.

Position Klarna at the intersection of culture and commerce while cementing the brand as the all-in-one shopping destination for fans. As well as, leveraging the Bulls partnership with high visibility assets and activations, educating consumers about Klarna, and position Klarna as a prominent lifestyle & shopping brand – the ultimate shopping hack for fans.

Outcome

In front of a sold-out fan base in the United Center, Klarna leveraged a multi-faceted approach to reach fans both in stadium and online through a myriad of contractual assets. 716 fans seated in the Klarna fan section received a one-of-a-kind Benny the Bull shirt designed by Don C, 299K on-site exposure impressions, and 15.2M earned media impressions.​
